I was think that i must donwload jdk but it wasnt this...

The console says that java is not recognised in your pc.

 

So try to unistall any java you installed ( java,jdk etc ) and try again.

if you got java installed nd that do it always just copy paste the java in the folder of gameserver and login ^^

(i mean by java program files/java/jre/bin/ :))

add the java system variable in start menu - control panel - system -advenced system settings - variables - system variables and new the value name is JAVA_HOME the value is your installed jdk path than pc restart and done
