i changed something from config and now when i open the server writes that it has been terminated after i change something in config i have to restart my pc?

nope, seems u did a typo and messed up the codes.

which number? and on what pack? cuz some on some packs u have to change it from gmaccess on eclipse/navicat.

i changed the gm max and min. access gmcandmg gmcanaltg gmcanban gmcanchatban...a and the pack is l2dot

check again the values and search for empty spaces after the values
