[HELP] Exploiter

hi, i have an exploiter on my server, and somehow he's creating different characters under the same account name, but different account ID's each time, the account ID's aren't matching up with any other account ID, but somehow he's managing to get into people's characters... he has 40+ characters under one  account name, but different account id's...

What do the logs say? Please paste the weird lines, if you're not sure just upload the whole thing
