Does the hair still go through the hoods/helmet? For example at hairstyle 1 (not 0) from dark elf? And at Orcs dreadlock hair?

You could try if it give errors with FileEdit 2.3. It all depends on whether the .dat files have changed with this Chronicle. Btw: where can I download Gracia Plus? ^^
