Another SMF Problem.

Alright yesterday i fixed PHP problems, but today when i started making the forum install i take this error on part 3..

did it again to install smf advertise otherwise in google these from me

i did it 3 times and i get the same error. although im testing first the forum from home, not from a hosting company yet.

 

so its on localhost atm.
