[Question] SQLEVAL

So, nobody replied to my post @ L2Off server guide, so I am asking here.

 

I suppose that SQLEVAL is trial like (SQL Evaluation). How many days does the evaluation continue? Or is it forever?

I am asking because I will make L2Off server and I don't know will SQLEVAL will be good or I will need to buy it from microsoft.

if u wont get a full version and the SQLEVAL expire then u will loose all your data from it and u cant restore them..

Is it possible to make a database backup, delete SQLEVAL and install it again. Will 30 day trial period replay?

MSSQL 2005 got a 180 day test period. After that you need to buy a copy of it.

 

You can make a db backup but you need to reset the register for it and sign up for another 180 days trial with new e-mail and such
