1st: How can i put light effect in a certaing place i want on my project? for example if i want to put light effect only on his eyes how will i do it??

 

2nd: I have 337 Brushes i need them all because i chose them one by one, i didnt take them in a packet and all brushes is usefull for me. So

a) How can i install them all togethere and not one by one?(by the way there arent a file called Brushes in Presets, i created my own file Brushes in Presets but still nothing)

b) Photoshop give me an error and it says that i cant install the brush because it isnt match with my Photoshop version(The file isnt compatible with this version of photoshop), i have Photoshop CS4 Portable.

 

3d: How can i save an animate(moving) image? I tried to save like .gif but it doesnt show me the image
