Because some links are dead or they cant find it i make a guide from where u can download it officialy!

I Dont Want to give a link so i want to make a guide :)

Open FireFox or Internet Explorer Opera..etc

 

Go To www.google.com

 

Write 'download hlapex'

 

 

as u see in the image the link is topdownloads.ru/search.php?ss=hLaPEx

 

Press It!

 

Now press at the 3rd!(have all the versions if u want check it but its the same ;) )

 

From Here U can Download It!

 

From Here http://henzo.ucoz.ru/hLaPEx.rar u can download this version i use...i tell u again its the same!!

 

 

But we have a little problem ;D

I think Hlapex is only for c4 servers...
