Ctrl And + (KP_PLUS) to mwheeldown

so whenever i hold mwheeldown ctrl and + will be used

any idea how to do it..?

ctrl and + is duck and i want double duck to be done when i hold the mouse wheel down

You want a combination of keys(ctrl+KP_PLUS) to make an action.

I ain't sure but this is impossible.

If I am not wrong, for doing such things (binding 2 actions in one keye) you need a script, and scripts in CS/CSS are illegal..
