hi , i need help ... How can I change my ip without rr my pc?

I think there is a program.. but if you want to browse  with hidden ip adress you can try free proxies like hidemy, hidemyass etc..

I just want to change it ... but my pc its old and when I rr it take a lot time to open ... so I need to change ip without rr!

Can't you just RR your modem? :-/

You don't have to restart your pc but your modem/router.

my modam don't have any button from rr and if I romove it I have to instal it again and instal needs rr :P
