Even if you are admin in game,you can't see player's password.

 

Edit : Extreme he asks how he can see player's password via navicat not how to change them :P

at navicat at account tables theres an encrypted password that works like his real one. Also u can change it from login/StartSQLAccountManager tho if u have the login id.
