[Help] Normal weapon ero glow

I know how to make a normal weapon glow as a hero one but it does not change colors, it is the same from 0 to 50 !

How do i make the hero glow be the color that is in the "env" file?

p.s. i dont want to modify the oroginal hero weapons glow
