OMG This full bugged server L2j Dot system caracters start have 40k hp Mage and Fighters are full attack speed 2k attack speed on fighter 2k castting speed on fighter mages fighting with BOWS Healing self Bishops with bows omg !!!

i haven't try to make a server..YET...but if i try i will try to reach balanced pvp and no big stats(INSANITIES!)..
