Other one solution  is with sql query which will be exec every x mins or hours. This query may be added with other like ban char or kick char or sent him to jail or everything you want. This coz between revs may be, there are differenses in the cod and dont need to compile again and again after new update.

and what that code do:

you have max enchant armor 20 weapon 30 and jawel 10, if you will use that script all who get enchant weapon or armor bigger then 10 get lost that becouse that script look on encahnt and if he is bigger then max enchang weapon OR armor OR jawels then delete item
