How i can do my server public??

Hi to all....first i want to ask if to do a l2 server public is legal??? and second how i can do my server public???? (i use Oneo pack) :)

Client use is illegal only..As for your second question all you have to do is to put your IP Adress inside "properties" files in the "config" folder of both login and gameserver

where it says:

ExternalIPAddress: "your WAN IP here"  (you can find it here: www.whatismyip.com)

InternalIPAddress: "your LAN IP here"  (you can find it: start=>run then type "ipconfig")

After that, open ports 2106,7777,9104 in your router,

then edit the l2.ini file of the lineage 2 system folder, add your IP, and share it with your friends!

Yeah its legal. U must open the ports from your royter. The ports are 80,2106,7777,9014.

I want toi ask also that to connect some friend with host what i must to do???

Edit Your L2.Ini and add your ip where it says "ServerAdr= bla bla bla" Where its bla bla bla add your own address, then send the L2.InI file to your friend, And tell him to put the l2.ini to LineageII/System/    , If it asks to copy and replace, press Ok ;) Then Launch L2.exe from the system folder and Your done, By the way, Configure your server settings so it will be auto create accounts ;] Good Luck and Have Fun!

 

Oh yeah, edit your l2.ini With L2FileEdit
