server custom npc's problem

hello guys i have a problem on a pack, i puted the pack corectly and npc's are not apear... what is the problem ? can any1 tell me ?

Oh, i see screen shot. that mean you import SQL but NPC Navicat dont show it?

 

You have Excute batch for .sql file?
