I told you, there are 60k members = 59,9k wannabies.

There are also old members that are still active (K4rma, Noble) and new ones are coming to the staff (Ave, Texas).

So? my point is not that one, a big forum like ragezone have the same number of mods we have, we should have 15-20 people on staff not 32

Almost everybody deserves his rank in the Staff, and almost everyone has different skills.

If someone gets demoted, then the Staff will have -1 person with a unique skill.

Although I can't deny that there are people that should get kicked.
