The Program Called Speed Gear v6.0

 

Here is the guide:

 

First Download It

 

Then Open It

 

Press Target

 

Choose The Client of Internet Cafe

 

And Then Config the Speed with the ball

 

When the ball is left it slows

 

When the ball is right it fast

 

After you choose your speed press Apply

 

Well, when the ball is goin to the left ur time slows down 1.000(x 1,000) so if u make it 15.000 ur time will be x15.000 slower and i see its for 30 days in this internet cafe(and at most internet cafes) the change u make in PC doesnt save so when u restart the PC every that u have save delete automatically.
