u have to find blacksmith of mammon, it spawns in several necropolis/catacombs.

u need ancient adena..i guess u are playing on low rate? U also could shout on the general shop zone as giran wtb gemstone S/A or w/e u need.Or u need other weapon under b grade?

Nope, SB is mentioned as Custom weapon, but its added on OFF servers tho..but u cant add special ability on shining bow..
