Ok this is my problem:

 

 

You see the white? how i can remove it without remove the hat of the photo?

Open your document i mean that picture in ur Ps and search "Magic Wand"

With that do click in the white part and do "Reverse Selection" if u need,i mean u need select just the image "Sing" and Press CTRL+C now open one new Document with the size u want,but in that Window u will see "Background: White" change that for "transparent" something like that later just paste the image.

 

So u need do this.

 

With the sizes u want ofc just the part "transparent"

one other way is to open the photo make the background as layer i mean to unlock it then and make a copy of it! then restralize the copy and after cut it! too simple!
