i think if you make then someone gets banned to have from Supreme Cheater to Banned User  so we can understand if he is really banned or not. now everyone use this for avatar -.-

And here's a tip to understand if the user is really banned...The tip requires the privelege to see profiles...

If his profile has the same photo as the "You are banned" one then he is not banned....If he has another photo or no photo then yes he is really banned...
