Server up but ping 9999

We got problem

we got server that is up

but the ping is 9999

we tried some things

but nothing helped..

who can help me:)??

at his house ping 0

at my house ping 9999

but admin says everything is good

everything is where its needs to be and shit

but still ping 9999 O.O

Well im not sure about that.. but tell to your friend to go to gameserver folder then config and open server.properties

and check if where it says GameserverHostname he has written his ip if not he has to because adding his ip there will make the server to be online on internet not to be local.

 

Im not sure.I dont guarantee anything just a thought.

i think that is a serverside problem!not even inet.

Try to rr server (close it and open it again)i do that and it works ;)
