Need help with L2..

Hey.. i got a problem.. i cant open my L2.. when i start lineage 2.. Its just stands there at the loading Sceen.. and Are staying there.. . But when i download a patcher for an other private server.. Its working just fine

 

 

So if anyone could tell me How to make a patcher.. I would be happy! (i mean a patcher that connect to my L2 server)

 

BTW i am using the newest L2j server
