Mana Potion Delay

Hello all,i use L2J Dot Interlude pack..

i want to decrease the delay of mana potions..i mean when you are attacking with mage skills you cant use mana potions..and when you use its very slow..how can i decreace the dealy and make them can be used during mage skills attack..?  ::)
