if u are server admin use //kick <Name> (Without <>)

if u are a normal player try to search on forums, i think there's an exploit to make dc to others.

already answer'd, cuz i guess there are no glitches/exploits/bug to dc other players.

only in c4/c5 when you can lag servers calling strider, but it's an old one.
