well i didn't downloaded the video but i saw the result is very good

I think that he is using brushes and then he move them a bit from their old position and that's how they move but dunno...His signatures are teh best and his guide would be too but as far as i am concerned it will take him so much time so...it's pretty difficult!!

U are near ...i am just moving the pic and add blur ...that's the basic move :P and making like 60 pics :P.And then put the pics in ulead gif animator 5 and start to make the real gif :> . That's the big secret jeez O.o
