another prob after compile complete...

ok compile complete.. now what i do to start my servee.. there isnt any start.bat file.... i tried to create one i mean i copied diskw+start.bat+stop.bat from another preconfigurated pack... the i installed tools and all ok.. but when i try to run the server i get hexid error i tried changing server name by registering the server with different hexi but everything i tries i get same error (i know i get ur nervs with all my question but i want to learn so plz hlp me <<< hmm sorry find it... plz lock/delete
