Place it in:

 

Adobe>Photoshop>Presets>Styles

 

And after that load styles opening photoshop and click on styles palette menù, and choose "load styles"

try to watch it as it is DLing........ maybe ur browser does something and it closes unfinished.....

if it did the initial rar would have a problem, not just some of the zips inside...

and the styles dont show on CS3 as well....

anyway ill try again later cause im bored right now.....
