[HELP]Game Crash [Ct.2.3]

When i enter the game after 2-3 seconds Client crash and L2Server.bat say:

" Clan data for clanId 101 is missing for player xxxxxxxxx

Client [Character: xxxxxxxx - Account: xxxxxxxxx - IP: xx.xx.xx.xxx] failed to reply GameGuard query and is being kicked! "

so someone knows the problem ... sorry for 2 post

Open OPTIONS.PROPERTIES and change

# Enforce gameguard for clients

#  GameGuardEnforce - enforces gameguard query on character login

#  GameGuardProhibitAction - dont allow player to perform trade, talk with npc

#    and move until gameguard reply received

GameGuardEnforce = True to False

GameGuardProhibitAction = True to False
