xml error

i get this eror when try to open some xml files  

 

cause of this mi shop dnt work .. look if someone know what's the problem.. when i edited they worked

after some edits no more work

other problem..i added some custom items , some work fine but others i added without any error but in game i can't add in inventory and if i make a xml and add to a shop it look black if i put cursor at this item i get eror .. what's the problem ? maybe utx ? or ..

well about error in UTX i think you need try to editwith notepad o notepad ++ maybe you fix it... about problem black icon is cause texture (UTX) because not encrypted o too have bad names in armor o weapon lines
