Need Npc Skill Deleter

anyone has NPC, who can delete some skills from player(on choice)? or how can i create this NPC by myself?

if u dont want that someone get this skill u should delete them from the skill data base or im wrong  ???

i have a multiprof server, and i need to players can delete useless skills.

Ok but if you want YOU to delete one skill from other chars...

Example...target one player

4=dash  if i remember xD

Multi Skill Server .... why u didnt said it before  ;D

 

but the npc will make more problems as if u let all skills there if someone delete the wrong skill they will cry and want them back  ::)

and to clean ur skill list u have the skill bar so why delete some skills i dont think there are so many unless skills as u said...

 

ok atlast i try to search the Admin code to delete the skills maybe i can write it for an npc and see if its work....

ps: im still a newbie so any pro dev/coder will do it faster i think  :P

why not makin a command that works like the the skill menu from admin menu, and just make it that players only can target theirself... so they cant delete other people skills
