Skill land rate

What exactly do you have to change in order to modify the skill land rate (like bluff and sleep), power or what in the xml files?? Please some1 help

You can change the power of the skills by going to : gameserver/data/stats/skills and find the id of the skills that you want to change.

 

After that,find the line which contain the word ''power'' and change the val.

not really to change the skill chances you must change in core....

In the xml u can change the amount of damage only for the blows.

depends... you will have to make ur own code, or try to look in skillhandlers ^^ u could also use a switch and Rnd.get(Number); ..
