Hello guyz i have a big problem with internet connection

i woke up today morning i log to the internet and i get disconnected again i take phone the provider and they say that the internet lines are ok..after 1h when i open the phone i have internet when i close it i get disconnected ...can you help me?

you have play a lot of time with this modem or is new??

[GR] Λογικά το μόντεμ/ρούτερ σου έχει ξεσυγχρονιστεί. Προσπάθησε να βγάλεις όλες τις πρίζες τηλεφώνου και όλα τα καλώδια που σε συνδέουν στο ίντερνετ και να τα συνδέσεις ταυτόχρονα. Έτσι ίσως συγχρονιστεί και πάλι.
