I have problem with my hellbound client:

 

Improve buffs from pp/ee/wc/pp have black icon instead of their buff icon...

 

Maybe any solution? what file to delete etc.?

I dont know where dose files are i guess animations, systextures or system.. download them and re-patch your l2folder

Run updater of some server or official updater i did that and my skills/buffs and other have icon :)

Well even if you do that if the server files are fucked you will see the black icons even after re-installing the files through the autoupdater. You should ask your server administrator to fix the Animation folder in which is located the animation of the buffs and their icons.
