Server in St. Louis?

Hello Guys i am thinking to buy a server at server4you.com but the servers they provide are in St. Louis America.

I live in Cyprus and the server includes the following:

Amd opteron 144

1gb ram

2x 80 gb hard disk

3000 gb bandwitch

100 mb

 

Its for 150 ppl will it be fine? and if so how much ping i will have?

Nope, not even 10. You need 4gb RAM or more...

are u kidding me? i have my server in my pc with 1mb and 4 gb ram and i have 20 ppl now without lag at all

ok what if i make it 4 gb ram will it be ok to host 150 ppl easy and will i play fine from cyprus?

LoL your connection is 1mb if your server has 50 ppl online will start to lag..

 

or are u telling me that if you find at st luis server with 4gb then zour server will handle 80

Hey look first post again.. its 100 mb for the dedicated server but its in ST Louis MO with 4 gb ram how many ppl can i host ?

i edit my post so look again and as hax0r says with 1gm ram u can't even handle 10 ppls lol

pfff ram is not the problem m8 with 3 Gb ram i think you will be ok too....But you need also 100GB++++ HD etc etc....

depends where the server is hosted , if its in America , means more Ping > More lag as you all say , depends on the computer the server , and where you live.
