It's a simple event, all mobs drop an item with 25% chance (Bitter Cold Vodka). When you get 500 Vodka, you can go to the Super Powers Trader and he will give you a potion that will increase your stats significantly, the potion lasts for 1 hour. This is the actual event from the server RiseOfEviL

Very nice event solution but it works (i think) only in C5 :(

Just edit the 2 files and u can make it for interlude too xD add the changes on interlude patched system :P copy - paste and u have ur new event system
