How to keep old modifications

Hi all i have strike's pack but i always get an error in gameserver while playing "duplicate character closing both characters" noone here know how to fix it so i decided to open my server with a new pack gracia final or gracia 2 but i want to keep my edits custom mobs areas and all these anyone knows how can i do it?

It depends on the moddifications.If sql collums from cronicle in your pack have changed you need to rewrite your customs for your pack.Its easy.

 

The same if it is for core..But this is more complex and it depends on the mod you have and the pack you have
