After You Extract All Tools Put L2 System Patcher To Your Hellbound System And At This Question "The System Folder You Want To Patch Is HellBound or Older ? {H or O}" Press H And

Guide for Hellbound:

 

First Of All Download CT1.5 Stuff From These Mirrors:

Enter.

After This Copy systemmsg.dat Into "Heisers Sys Editor" Folder.

Here Open L2 Modder And Go to File And Press Load Messages.

Choose Your Message And Go To "..." Near Color And Select Your Color, Press Ok And Press Save/Text Color.

After This Go Again to File And Select Save-->Messages.

Put Your Colored systemmsg.dat Into Your Hellbound System.
