I'm not sure if you guys know this (well probably yes). But still, I just wanna share this with those who got their account banned and don't know the reason or need additional details, you can actually check the ban details here:

http://www.garena.com/other/info/hackinfo.php?username=YOURUSERNAMEHERE

Change with your usename

If your account is not banned, nothing will be shown. But if it is, it will show the following details:

UserID, UserNAME, UserIP, BannedTime, BannedReason

This should work for garena system ban.

If you was previously banned(eg. 17th may) and was unbanned later on, it will still show your ban details on (eg. 17 May). If you got banned again after that, then I guess it's a permanent ban.
