Archers/tyrants hit 4/8k? how?

Hi, first of all sorry for my bad english, i'm spanish. Well, in my server, L2j Server Gracia Final, mid rates and no over enchanted weapons , Iluna, the archers and tyrants  hit for 4/8k to mages and other jobs.

If all, they and us comes to the sieges for example, full buff(pp,bd,sws,OL/WC,etc). The question is how they hits for 4/8k?

 

1. It isn't elemental stone.

2. It isn't phx or any sniffer.

Any Idea?

maybe the battle force bug works ,they have valor ,and attribute stones they have ..
