1. Go to File > New with sizes 350x125 and a transparent background. Make a new layer, hit D to reset your colors and go to Filter > Render > Clouds. You should have this:

2. Choose a render, in this case, I chose Ishida from the anime Bleach. Once chosen, paste it and resize it so that it fits. Here's what I got:

3. Click the eye on the layer with your render, this will make it invisible. Now paste your render again (should create a new layer automatically) in its full size and using the render, try to cover as much of the background as you can. You can also copy and paste the full sized render so that you have more to work with. If you do this, make sure you merge the layers together.

4. With the same layer, go to Filter > Distort > Wave. Set the layer to overlay and place it below the resized render layer.

5. Click back on the resized render layer (the one that you made invisible), so that it can be viewable again.

6. With the Single Column Marquee Tool, select a part of the render where it has the most color. Copy it.

7. Now with the copy, paste the selection (this should create a new layer on its on). Go to Edit > Free Transform and drag it horizontally so that it covers the entire signature. Set the layer to overlay and place it under the render layer.

8. Place your text on with your name or whatever.

9. For the border, make a new layer and hit CTRL + A to select all. Go to Edit > Stroke with a width of 2px and the color white. Set it to overlay.

Make another layer, hit CTRL + A and go to Edit > Stroke. But this time with a width of 1px and the black white leaving the blending options alone.

Well, if you noticed, I dont share common stuff that you can find with one click.

If I did that for postcount or w/e, you would see this section full of useless crap, like changing the colour of a ballon, f.e.

Anyway, I think that for everyone is  better to spend his time in this forum sharing some useful stuff, than saying only 'thnx for sharing', 'I will try it' or dunno.

In conclusion, thanks for appreciating what I do.

P.S : I will try in the future to make my own PS guide. Cause Im not able right now.
