Need some help

If is on wrong section sorry^^ but i wanna create my own server for try to create new skills/armors/weapons etc and for funn^^, but i'm so noob in developing(nobody has start like a pro), so if is possible can someone make a guide with step by step of what programs i have to instal how to use them and files to open for etc tec with immages..^^'' i know exist a lot of stickyes who explain but i don't understand very mutch, so can someone make it for a noob?pls plox?.
