OK: First need to ask something: What pack do you use?

 

2nd: When does that first screen happens? And also; When did the 2nd happen?

Because either it doesnt work at all (as the first screen tends to) or only some part?

 

3rd; make sure you got these things set correct:

1) You got the lines for the quests inside the scripts.cfg. which is inside your gameserver/data folder

2) You got the 40001.htm inside your gameserver/data/html/default folder

3) You got the same number as the htm file as npc ID

4) As I said and 1st; make sure you use the right pack...
