Can some1 tell me where i cant find usefull Command Menu's ?

As i know you can bring up command menu when you are ingame playing by pressing the key "H"

hmm u kinda dont understand me ... look ... before few months ... i find on net ... Command Menu from pro player "Agent 69"///Self Edited Command Menu...That Command Menu have all...(change crosshair,fps,lag options,sensitivity)one word he have all what i need when i play ... /// And now when i format my comp ... Command Menu ofc deleted , and now i cant find it on net ...

i download it allrdy ... but its not work completely at my cs ... or i dont know how to modify it ...

U should explain it to me ;)
