What Flames of Invincibility does?

Needs two spell force and magic symbol to cast: All clan members in area get 20-30 (im not sure exactly) seconds invincibility (like Celestial shield... but then for all clan... and 30 seconds...-.-)

It's a Dominator skills he can learn on level 85
