Especially para aug on an ele summoner with high cast speed. I think now though it has a static reuse, but before, when it didn't have a static reuse, it could be spammed. Was fucking terrible in siege when you had an ES locking you down and you couldn't heal your party.

Frenzy Gives this: With Sword, Polearm or Blunt: P.Atk. +246%

With 2hs/2hb: Accuracy +6, P.Atk. +301%

With other weapon: P.Atk. +50%
