First you need to copy the url of any metacafe video.

Open www.Keepvid.com

Paste the URL in the url bar in the opening page

Click download

This will bring you video download links, some of these videos are available high quality and low quality formats. You choose high quality if available.

one question...

why use this if have youtube downloader :P

 

I don't use youtube download cause I think it is slow..anyway this is another way you cause use..if your youtube downloader brokes down :P..I use "save2pc" which you download from youtube videos and it autoconverts them in mp3,mp4,wma etc etc..
