[Share] Custom Tattoo + Skills (l2jserver ct2) By 'tasha'

these are custom tattoos, "Tattoo of the Warrior", "Tattoo of the Mage", "Tattoo of Protection", and no worrys, as you can see there is no crazy stat or anything to corrupt ur server. these stats are very easy to modify, simply edit "data/stats/skills/90000-90100.xml" and the "itemname-e.dat.txt", "skillname-e.dat.txt". Encode the client files is nessasary. i will post the L2_ENC/DEC that i use for my client files. (netframe 3.5 needed).
