[HELP] DEADLOCK What is The deadlock , Interactive Jython Shell and assertation

Well i have a file called developer.properties and I have this values:

I want to know for what is this settings

Deadlock means codes in the java that cannot be resolved or cant run deadlocks always come from wrong or poorly written java codes :)

Its similar like inifinty loop when the code run down thousand times just in deadlock the code dont run down :)
