There is xtremetop,gamesites200,top100mmorpg etc

The best place to advertise your server is hopzone. But you can do many things in order to improve your server. You have to find some cool forums, like maxcheaters and pay money to advertise your server. There are too many "famous" forums on the net, you can contact with the administration team and ask them to advertise your server with a banner or something like that, if they want money you have to see if this site is enough "famous" and if it has a lot users online. You have to take the risk ;)
